Yes. Call or send a message, and Shawn will set a time to come look at the job. After the visit you'll get a written estimate that spells out the work, the materials and the payment terms, so you know what you're agreeing to before anything starts.

Yes. Triple SSS Construction is licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board under CCB #215023, and we carry insurance. You can look up our license yourself on the CCB website. We'd encourage it, and we'd encourage you to check any contractor you hire.

We're a family owned business that started in April 2017. Shawn Herbst runs the company and is on the job, and he answers the phone himself. We're a small crew, so the people who quote your project are the same people who show up to do the work.

Yes. Call any time — Shawn answers or calls back fast. Water coming in, a door that won't lock, a fence down after a windstorm: call, tell us what happened, and we'll talk through what to do next and when we can get there.

We do. A sticking door, a patch of drywall, a loose stair rail, a few shelves to hang or a punch list before you sell. Small jobs are welcome, and we give them the same care as big ones. If you have several, we can often group them into one visit.

It starts with a call. We set a time to see the job, then send a written estimate. Once you approve it, we give you a start date and keep you posted if weather or a materials delay changes anything. Outdoor work like roofing and painting depends on dry weather.

Your city or county decides which work needs a permit, and the rules differ from place to place. When we look at your job, we'll tell you if we think it needs one and talk through how it will be handled before any work begins, so there are no surprises later.

Yes. We'll explain the options in plain terms: what holds up to our wet weather, what needs more upkeep, and where spending a little more makes sense and where it doesn't. If you already have something picked out, we'll tell you honestly if we see a problem.

Yes. We protect floors and furniture while we work, and we clean up at the end of each day, not just the last one. When the job is done, we haul away the debris and leave the space ready to use. It's one of the things our customers notice most.

We explain payment terms in the written estimate, before you agree to anything. That way you know what is due and when, and there are no surprises. If something changes during the job, we talk it through with you and put it in writing before we move ahead.
